1 – Contact Us: The ACCE Assessment is a complimentary consultation service that we offer to all future and returning Clients. This is the time for you and the Event Coordinator to get to know each other, explore your ideas, traditions and history, review your budget, and identify your wedding or event expectations and needs. After the assessment, the Event Coordinator, at your request, will send you a proposal and the booking terms within 3 to 5 business days. We do not ask for a deposit during this meeting.

2 – Secure Your Date: The Magic Begins Consultation is the next step in creating a cute & classy Wedding or Event. For this meeting you can expect the Event Coordinator to provide a mock-up or an inspiration board of your event, a personalized timeline, a personalized checklist and more; if applicable. The Event Coordinator will go over the details of the letter of agreement, payment terms, and contract. Should you decide to hire us for your wedding or event, we will secure your date upon request and 50% of your “Magic Begins Consultation” fee is applied towards your balance. To determine the fee for this service please review the “booking terms”, in your proposal, provided by the Event Coordinator.

3 – Refine Your Request: The Transformation starts the day you sign and deliver the letter of agreement and contract, along with making all applicable payments. We will review your comments and suggestions to refine your needs and expectations and if applicable the designs and concepts for your event; implement the necessary changes, to transform your dream day into a Cute and Classy reality. This process can occur several times as you journey together with your Wedding or Event Coordinator.

4 – Unveil Your Vision: The Big Day will come and you will be happy to all your plans, visions, and dreams professionally managed and executed with class.
